Suggested Use

You will need: 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs of egg substitute; 1/2 cup water. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs or egg substitute, and water. Stir about 50 strokes or until well blended. Spread into a lightly oiled 9 x 13 inch baking pan. 3. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean or nearly clean. Allow brownies to completely cool before storing in an airtight container. Stir-in options: 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Lowfat Brownie Recipe: Prepare and bake brownies according to basic recipe, replacing the oil with 1/2 cup applesauce. Reduce fat from 7g to 1.5 g per serving.
