What payment options do you offer?

What is Paypal?

Can I pay with money orders or checks?

Unfortunately Vitamins.org’s system is not setup to accept money orders or checks. We apologize for any inconvenience and plan to make this available in the near future.

I’ve forgotten my account password, can you help?

Of course! At the top of the page click on the ‘My Account’ button and then click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address; after which you will receive a temporary password.

How long will it take to get my order?

We understand no one likes waiting and ship all orders within 24 hours. An e-mail including tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped. You may also contact our friendly Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090 for delivery updates.

Do you pay for the shipping costs on returns?

We are sorry that you need to return an item; unfortunately, Vitamins.org is unable to pay for the costs on return shipping.

I only received part of my order?

Vitamins.org has multiple warehouses across the country. If your order is shipped from different warehouses it may be received at different times. Your order confirmation will indicate the approximate delivery time.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused. Call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090 and we will immediately rectify the situation.

Can I cancel an order?

Vitamins.org is sorry that you want to cancel an order. By calling our Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090 and having your order number ready, we can assist with your cancellation.

Can I return a product?

To return a product you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is provided to you by the calling our Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090. Place the RMA number on the outside of the package and return to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receiving your returned merchandise.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Vitamins.org only ships to destinations within the US. We are working hard towards accepting international orders and hope to provide this service in the near future.

Do you offer free shipping?

Vitamins.org does offer free shipping on orders of over $49. Orders under $49 will be subject to a $4.95 shipping fee.

Can I come by the warehouse to pick up or return my order?

Unfortunately, for safety reasons we are unable to allow customers to pick up or return their order from the warehouse.

Can I order multiple quantities?

When shopping on Vitamins.org there is a limit to nine units per item. If you’d like to order larger quantities simply contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090.

Can I use a different shipping and billing address?

Of course, on the order page click the button titled ‘ship to different address’, you will then be provided with additional fields to enter your new address.

Where can I find my invoice?

When placing an order, Vitamins.org will send an e-mail confirmation containing your invoice. Alternatively, you may log in to your account here and view your invoice.

Our prices are already steeply discounted and are up to 85% off retail. Despite this, we do have promotions from time to time. Sign up by providing your e-mail through the Start Saving link. But don’t worry; we won’t be filling your inbox every day.

Can I use manufacturer’s coupons?

Vitamins.org prices are amongst the lowest in the industry. Unfortunately this means we’re unable provide further discounts using manufacturer coupons.

Do you have gift cards?

Vitamins.org does not have gift cards at this time; however, we are looking to add this in the near future.

Do you match prices when an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Of course! If an item goes on sale within 10 days after your order, we can match the sale price. Contact the Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-9090 and we’ll refund the difference.

Do you charge sales tax?

Vitamins.org does not charge sales tax for any orders shipping within the US.

How do I know if you have a product in stock?

All products are available and ship immediately unless specified ‘out of stock’.

Currently, Vitamins.org does not have any retail stores. We do this to keep our overhead low and offer customers the best possible prices.

Anyone who purchases from Vitamins.org can submit a product review.

Do you have a catalogue of the products you carry?

No. We’re constantly adding products to our website and a published catalogue would soon be out of date.
