Suggested Use
Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop of ASSAULT in 8-16 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training. For optimal results, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily.

Use 1 Scoop of Assault in 12-16 oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training.
For Moderate-Intensity Training:

Storage and Maintenance:
